Coaching with Clarity & Courage

Some of us are wired to ask uncomfortable questions. To notice when things don’t add up even when others seem fine with it. That’s me.

I coach professionals and emerging leaders who can see the cracks beneath polished success and want more than a hollow façade.

Life Coaching - Life is full of transitions, big and small. Together, we pause, reflect, and clarify what truly matters in your life. We co-create practical steps to navigate stress, relationships, or changes with confidence and authenticity.

Leadership Coaching - Leadership isn’t just a title, it’s a practice rooted in emotional intelligence, clarity, and adaptability. Drawing from nearly 30 years in global business and specialized ethics and philosophical training, I support leaders and emerging managers in refining presence, enhancing decision-making, and fostering high-performing, engaged teams. More information.

Philosophical Coaching - When complex questions around purpose, values, or identity arise, philosophical coaching helps you dig deeper. Through critical reasoning and inquiry, not platitudes, you gain nuanced clarity and align your inner convictions with real-world action.

Coaching Fundamentals - Coaching is a partnership: it starts with your commitment and willingness to explore and act. Whether for personal transitions or professional challenges, the responsibility and transformation remain firmly in your hands, and I offer the tools and insight to support that journey.

Pro Bono
Coaching

“Ethics begins not in theory, but where someone says: this matters.”

Because clarity, dignity, and purpose should never be a privilege.

Since 1997, I have supported my human community, sometimes formally, sometimes simply by being present where it was needed.

In light of today’s world, rising displacement, burnout in the humanitarian field, and the growing disconnect between ethics and leadership, I have chosen to dedicate 50% of my coaching practice to pro bono work.

This offer is open to:

  • Humanitarian professionals (NGOs, international organizations, refugee staff)

  • Former NGO professionals moving into the private sector

My coaching can support you with:

  • Preparing for a first field assignment

  • Managing moral fatigue and stress in complex environments

  • Building clarity after return or reassignment

  • Navigating job searches and interviews

  • Career redirection (from NGO to corporate, or vice versa)

This is not charity. It is solidarity.
It is the practical application of what Aristotle called phronesis, moral intelligence rooted in real-world action. If you are part of a humanitarian or refugee-serving organization and wish to offer coaching to your staff or clients, I welcome collaboration. Contact me directly to explore pro bono options.

My Approach

My Approach

See Clearly • Think Critically • Act Intentionally

I see systems clearly, even from the sidelines. My approach blends philosophical insight, ethical reflection, and intuitive discernment. We don’t settle for polished answers. Instead, together we peel back the layers to reveal what truly matters.

  • Discernment & Reflection: We pause to ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions.

  • Tools & Critical Reasoning: From values-centered inquiry to decision frameworks, we build thinking muscle that lasts beyond our sessions.

  • Resilience & Authenticity: Drawing on principles from Carl Rogers, philosophical ethics, and lived experience, we work to forge a stronger identity rooted in inner clarity, ready to navigate life with purpose.

My intent is to guide, not instruct. To challenge, not comfort. To illuminate your path while acknowledging that the real work is yours.

About Me

About Me

I’m Christine. Over nearly 30 years, I’ve navigated cross-continental roles in business development and high-performance environments. I’ve experienced expatriation, mergers, and cultural transitions, building resilience, strategic insight, and a steadfast commitment to ethics.

A defining moment came during an assignment in Cambodia in the late ’90s, where I saw people shaping their futures with dignity amid adversity. That stirred my passion for mentorship and personal growth.

I trained with Jane Turner—an exceptional coach and clinical psychologist whose influence deepened empathy in my work. I then pursued philosophical and ethical studies and recently specialized in executive coaching. Alongside this, my lifelong familiarity with Feng Shui, refined through formal training, continues to inform my intuition about environments and well‑being.

I don’t offer easy fixes, but if you’re ready for candid inquiry and integrity‑driven growth, let’s uncover what really matters.
